Dinner

Tonight we were running a little low on just about everything J.  I think that sometimes good recipes turn out great if you just put your own little twist on it.  I happen to put twists on everything depending on what I have in the kitchen.  Tonight I made bacon Alfred.  Sounds kind of sketchy but it was SO good!

Started out with some boiling water.  We LOVE Trader Joes brown rice pasta, turns out perfectly every time.  While the water was warming up…

2 Tsb butter
¼ tsp minced garlic
About 3 oz creme cheese
2/3 cup parmesan
1/3 cup half and half

Melt on low.

Pour pasta into boiling water.

6 strips of turkey bacon broken into small pieces.

Drain pasta and return to pan

Mix bacon, sauce, and pasta together.

I paired it with some wheat garlic toast and snow peas! Here is how it turned out J
