Spinach Salad

Spinach Salad

6 oz Fresh baby spinach.
1 1/2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 Tsp olive oil

Wash spinach and dry well. lightly massage olive oil into spinach leaves. Add soy sauce and red wine vinegar. Mix and serve.
If you LOVE asian like I do...You will totally love this fantastic twist to spinach! I love fresh spinach anyway but love that there is another way to enjoy!
